Metal soluble plug - double slip soluble plug

The double-slip structure has smooth seat seal shape, small outside diameter of bridge plug body, large seat seal radius, integrated anti-advance seat seal mechanism, and good passability.
The metal ceramic composite slip tooth nail is anchored firmly and can be recovered by strong magnetic salvage.
The upper slip adopts the integral structure and the ultra-small embedded slip studs. The lower slip adopts the split structure and the standard embedded slip studs.
It can adapt to harsh well conditions, and can enter the well twice under certain conditions, providing a reliable fracturing construction environment.

It is suggested that the best tool combination should be adopted according to the field situation
When the toe end of horizontal well and wellbore environment are not ideal, or even long downtime situation, it is suggested to use double slip long rubber tube dissolvable bridge plug.
Fracturing immediately after downhole. In general, single slip narrow rubber tube dissolvable bridge plug is used in good well conditions.
Fracturing immediately after downhole, and all-metal soluble bridge plug is used in good well condition. (Small volume, quick dissolution rate)
The combination of the above tools can greatly shorten the plug sweeping operation time.
It is recommended to adopt those below measures at the same time.
Shut-in is suggested. Shut-in is beneficial to formation temperature recovery and formation induced fractures. In 2021, URTEC published a paper confirming that soaking has such an effect.
It is suggested to adopt chemical sand control measures, such as closing coated sand, to avoid sand production in wellbore.
Reasonable control of blowout pressure.
