Speed drilling bridge plug is a composite material, two-way slip support, hydraulic setting (cable setting), drilling and grinding unsealing tool. Drillable bridge plugs are widely used in fracturing, water plugging, layer adjusting, oil testing, pump leak prevention and cementing of oil Wells.
Can withstand bidirectional pressure difference, can temporarily or permanently block the lower high-pressure oil and gas and leakage and other layers, easy to operate, safe and reliable, high pressure capacity, strong drillability.
Structure: Mainly composed of ball seat, cone, support ring, rubber cylinder, slip, shear ring, guide shoe and other parts.
Pressure: The bridge plug is suitable for different upper and lower pressure differences (the standard pressure is 70MPa, the bridge plug can be customized according to the demand of 90-105 MPa pressure difference class).
Materials: Low-density metal materials, the main body and components can be safely and quickly drilled using traditional flat grinding shoes; The light particles after drilling and grinding are easy to backflow and will not affect the ground equipment.
Seat sealing: Use cable and traditional setting tools to set, all plugs can be set using the Baker 10/Baker 20 tool.
The bridge plug can be customized according to different casing sizes, and it is also suitable for heavy casing.

Setting principle:During setting, the cable setting tool (Baker No. 20) provides the setting thrust to push the setting cylinder down, thereby pushing the cone down. The cone of the cone squeeches the expanded rubber seal ring and slips to seal and anchor the bridge plug and casing. After the setting is complete, the shear ring inside the guide shoe is cut to achieve release.

It is recommended to use a special milling tool, rotate at 60 to 150 rpm, and add 5 to 15 kN bit weight on the milling tool; It is recommended to use a drilling fluid with a viscosity of 15 to 30 mPa·s and a minimum annular circulation speed of 36.6 m/min to ensure that debris can be circulated out.
After the preparation work is done, start the screw drill and slowly drill into the bridge plug. Continuous grinding speed is ensured by applying weight on bit. The torque applied to the drilling tool should not be greater than the recommended value. Excessive weight on bit increases the friction resistance of the string and causes large debris, which must be recovered separately.
